  The incident happened on Aug. 31 near Merle and Oakdale roads. A woman reported that day that she was walking alone in the area when a man walked up and grabbed her breasts. The man then ran off.

  PLACER COUNTY (CBS13) – Deputies in Placer County arrested a man they say stole a lawnmower before leading them on a pursuit.
  Gordon Bryan, 43, of Manteca, was spotted driving with the stolen tractor in the back of his truck on Thursday. When deputies attempted to pull him over, he crashed the truck and ran towards a shopping center.

  SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Interstate 5 has fully reopened following another round of closures overnight as Caltrans crews make even more emergency repairs.
