    SACRAMENTO(CBS13) – The city fire department received a major award from the American Heart Association for its efforts to save lives.

  • Accident Downtown Sparks Car Fire, Two Sent To Hospital

    SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — A car accident downtown Sacramento tonight resulted in a car fire on 3rd and X street.
    Two people were transported to the hospital with unknown injuries. Firefighters said that the injuries came from the accident and not the subsequent fire.
    Sacramento Firefighters and paramedics were able to care for the injured people and fight the fire.
