    ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) – New York’s Independent Democratic Conference (IDC) Leader Jeff Klein is being accused of sexual harassment by one of his staffers.
    The staffer has gone to a reporter for the Huffington Post saying that he forcibly tried to kiss her outside a bar one night.  The alleged incident happened in May 2015, right after the budget.

    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB)- Gov. Cuomo’s “No Student Goes Hungry” initiative aims to stop lunch shaming in New York state; lunch shaming is bullying geared toward students who can’t afford food in school.

    (CNN) – Immigration enforcement officers are making 7-Eleven stores a target in their crackdown on employers who hire undocumented immigrants.
    On Wednesday, agents with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement descended on 98 7-Eleven franchise stores across the country, where they began audits and interviewed employees and managers, according to the agency.

    MONTECITO, Calif. (AP) — A storm that slammed a California coastal community is over. The search for its victims is not.
    Authorities in Santa Barbara County were still trying to reach new areas and dig into the destruction to find dead, injured or trapped people after a powerful mud flow swept away dozens of homes.

    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – A teenager who shot and killed a 16-year-old more than a year ago will spend the next 25 years in prison.
    Lawren Goins, 17, was sentenced on Tuesday.
    Goins pleaded guilty to manslaughter and attempted murder charges in November.
