  WOODLAND (CBS13) – Authorities say they have arrested a suspect who, at one point, was driving through downtown Woodland going more than 100 mph Thursday morning.

  PHILLIPS STATION (AP) – Officials will trek into the mountains on Thursday to measure California’s snowpack again, seeking to learn whether recent storms have added to the water supply. The survey comes as a new storm arrives in the state, prompting some voluntary evacuations.

  Assembly Bill 317, which was introduced yesterday, would make it illegal to sell, or offer to sell, an appointment with the Department of Motor Vehicles.   STOCKTON (CBS13) – A former City of Stockton Parks and Recreation employee has been arrested on accusations of molestation.

  MIDTOWN SACRAMENTO (CBS13) —  A Midtown beer garden could lose its license after allegedly serving a minor.
  The Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control said this past October a minor either bought or received a beer from Golden Road on L Street.

  DAVIS (CBS13) —The Davis Police Department announced it will not release body camera video from the night officer Natalie Corona was shot and killed.
  This announcement comes despite a new law that requires law enforcement agencies to do just that after critical shootings.

  MODESTO (CBS13) – A small unmanned plane crashed at Modesto Airport Wednesday afternoon.
  A pair of pilots were reportedly working on the electrical system of a single-engine Beech V35B, manipulating the propeller, but said it wouldn’t start. When the pilots walked away, the propeller suddenly engaged on its own and taxied away, hitting a car and a fence.
