  SOUTH LAKE TAHOE (CBS13) – Investigators say a man has been arrested on suspicion of committing multiple sexual assaults against minors at a South Lake Tahoe business.
  Sergio Antonio Recendiz-Rodriguez, a 46-year-old Gardnerville resident, was arrested on Monday, South Lake Tahoe police said.
  Exactly which business the alleged incidents took place has not been released.

  RENO, NV (CBS13) – A family upset about a porch pirate who stole a package off of their doorstep was shocked to find out the culprit behind the theft – a bear!
  The Reno family’s Ring camera recorded the bear coming up to the festive front porch and sniffing around. The bear then notices the package and gives it a nudge with his nose before grabbing it with his mouth and running away.

  SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Thousands of nectarines sold at Costco stores in California are being recalled because they may be contaminated with Listeria.
  Jac. Vandenberg, Inc. announced the recall late last week, and it includes 1,727 cartons of Fresh Peaches, 1,207 cartons of Fresh Nectarines, and 365 cartons of Fresh Plums. No illnesses have been reported.

  LINCOLN (CBS13) – Police say they have arrested a man suspected of stealing a bicycle from a Lincoln middle school bike rack.
  According to the Lincoln Police Department, a man was caught on surveillance camera back on Jan. 22 stealing an expensive bicycle from Twelve Bridges Middle School.
