  NATOMAS (CBS13) — The victim of a deadly shooting Tuesday night outside a Natomas library has been identified as Librarian and Branch Supervisor Amber Clark.
  The 41-year-old had worked in the Sacramento Public Library system for 3 years. She became the Branch Supervisor in North Natomas in March. She previously worked in the North Highlands-Antelope branch as a Teen Librarian.

  SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – The state may start to tax your text messages and use the money to pay for programs for phone service for low-income residents.

  PARADISE (CBS13/AP) – PG&E says it found damaged power lines and other equipment with bullet holes at two sites near where the Camp Fire is believed to have started.

  BUTTE COUNTY (CBS13) — One more person has died from the devastating Camp Fire, bringing the fatality count to 86, according to the Butte County Sheriff’s Office.
  The sheriff’s office said that 80-year-old Larry Smith of Paradise sustained burns while attempting to put out a fire that engulfed his car on Nov. 8.
  Smith was flown to the UC Davis Burn Center to treat his injuries. He died at the burn center a couple weeks later, on Nov. 25.
