  WEST SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Raley’s will be selling its Aisle 1 gas stations to a Southern California-based convenience store operator.
  The West Sacramento-based grocery store announced the deal with Anabi Oil on Friday.

  STOCKTON (CBS13) – Police are investigating a homcide in Stockton early Friday morning.
  According to Stockton police, it happened around 2:30 a.m. on Kelley Court, off Kelley Drive and Plymouth Road.
  Officers say a man there was found with traumatic injuries and pronounced dead at the scene.
  His death was originally classified. Later Friday morning, police said the incident is now a homicide investigation.

• Taxpayers Picking Up Alleged East Area Rapist’s Defense Costs

  SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — Alleged East Area Rapist Joseph DeAngelo will use taxpayer dollars to defend himself in court.
  Sacramento County Superior Court Judge Michael Sweet ruled DeAngelo is indigent and will require public defendants to serve as his attorneys.

  OKLAHOMA CITY (CBS13) — A flight headed to Sacramento from Atlanta made an unexpected stop in Oklahoma City Thursday because of a customer disturbance, the airline said.
  In a statement from the airline, they confirmed that flight 2345 from Atlanta was diverted to Oklahoma City after a disturbance. The customer was met by law enforcement on the ground in Oklahoma.
