  SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – The Sacramento Public Library – North Natomas library is back open today after one of their supervisors was shot and killed in the parking lot Tuesday night.
  Clark was shot and killed in the library parking lot Tuesday evening a little after 6 p.m., right after she had gotten off work. Police say she was targeted, but they say they no suspects or a motive.

• Heart Left On Southwest Plane After Sacramento To Seattle Flight

  DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – A Southwest Airlines flight that had started in Sacramento had to turn around during the Seattle to Dallas leg of the trip after the crew discovered a human heart had been left on-board.

  RANCHO CORDOVA (CBS13) – Thieves used a truck to smash through the front of Rancho Cordova convenience store and steal the ATM inside.
  Around 4 a.m. Thursday, thieves drove their pickup truck to the Chevron gas station on Folsom Boulevard, near Routier Road, according to a Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department statement.
