  MARYSVILLE (CBS13) – Several students at a middle school in Marysville allegedly ate brownies containing THC oil, which is derived from cannabis.
  Police confirmed the incident happened at McKenney Intermediate School.
  A 13-year-old student was cited in connection to the incident, according to a statement from Marysville police. She reportedly made the dessert from oil she obtained from her parents.

• Woman Spotted Spending Hundreds Of Dollars Stolen From Bar In Amador County

  AMADOR COUNTY (CBS13) – Deputies in Amador County are looking for a woman who used hundreds of $1 bills that were stolen from a bar in November.
  More than 200 of the bills were reportedly spent at a Walmart in Citrus Heights.

  LODI (CBS13) — A towing company in Lodi is under investigation on suspicion of running a chop shop.  Police say PA Towing was caught on camera stealing a truck that was legally parked in a residential neighborhood. • Arrest Made In Connection To Murder Of Librarian Amber Clark

  SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — A suspect is now under arrest in the murder investigation of Sacramento librarian Amber Clark.
  Sacramento police released a mug shot of Ronald Seay, the man arrested and in jail, for allegedly murdering the North Natomas branch library supervisor.
  Police took Seay into custody the morning after the deadly shooting.
  “He was arrested in the area of Elverta and Natomas after a short slow speed vehicle pursuit,” Sacramento police sergeant Vance Chandler said.

  SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — Three civilians who saved a man’s life were honored by the Sacramento Metro Fire Board of Directors Thursday after they provided CPR to a man at a local fitness facility.
  One of the three rescuers was in attendance at the meeting to receive recognition for the group’s heroism. He also met the person they saved, who happens to be the father of a Sacramento Metro firefighter.

• Sacramento City Teachers Association Proposes Fixes To Keep District From Going Bankrupt

  SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — The Sacramento City Unified School District discussed a budget plan Thursday as leaders acknowledged the district could go bankrupt by next November.
  The meeting was held at the district’s Serna center. Leaders discussed a proposal from the Sacramento City Teachers Association to save $60 million, cutting health care spending and keeping benefits.

  SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — Sacramento Police have made an arrest in the murder of librarian Amber Clark.
  Ronald Seay, 56, was arrested less than twelve hours after the shooting occurred on charges of shooting into an occupied vehicle. He was arrested in the Alberta in Natomas.

  WOODLAND (CBS13) — The man charged in the murder of two Woodland teens has been sentenced to life in prison without the option for parole.
  A Woodland judge denied David Froste’s motion for a new trial after he was found guilty for the first-degree murder of Elijah Moore, second-degree murder of Enrique Rios, and kidnapping on Nov. 13.
