  CERES (CBS13) — Saturday Update: Ceres police identified the suspect as 31-year-old Armando Delacruz of Livingston.
  Officers said Delacruz called 911 and reported he was being shot at and chased Friday night. When officers arrived at the Shell Gas Station on Fourth Street, they reported Delacruz said he had a bomb in his vehicle and that if he exited his vehicle, it would explode.

• Teen With Autism Dies After Being Restrained At School: Family’s Attorney Questions ‘Inaccuracies’ In Initial Reports

  EL DORADO HILLS (CBS13) — New details have surfaced in the death of a local teen with autism. 13-year-old Max Benson of Davis died after being restrained at the Guiding Hands school in El Dorado Hills.

  SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — New details on the investigation into the death of an autistic teen at a private school in El Dorado Hills. 
  A family friend identified the teen as 13-year-old Max from Davis. The woman asked CBS13 to not use his last name out of respect for the family.

  MODESTO (CBS13) — Modesto CHP officers are searching for a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run Wednesday night.
