  DAVIS (CBS13) – Police in Davis have arrested a man suspected in a series of indecent exposure incidents over the past several months.
  Detectives began investigating the incidents back in Nov. 2016. Police got several reports about a man driving through Downtown Davis while exposing himself and masturbating.
  Some of the victims even reported that the man pulled up and started touching himself right in front of them.
  Witnesses reported the man’s car as a 2003 Chrysler Voyager.

  PHILLIPS STATION, Calif. (AP) – The Latest on California’s first snowpack survey of the season (all times local):

  The Sierra Nevada’s first snowpack survey of the season on Tuesday found water content at about half of normal, as the state possibly enters a sixth year of drought.

  RENO, Nev. (AP) — The Sierra Avalanche Center has issued an avalanche warning for the mountains around Lake Tahoe after a winter storm dumped nearly 2 feet of snow on area ski resorts.
  Schools were closed Tuesday in the Tahoe-Truckee Unified School District and delayed two hours in Incline Village, where 6 inches of new snow was reported.

  ELK GROVE (CBS13) – A bicyclist has died after a collision in Elk Grove Tuesday morning.
  The scene is near Laguna Boulevard and Haussman Street.
