  ELK GROVE (CBS13) – A man was driving around a golf cart while under the influence late Friday night, police say.
  According to the Elk Grove Police Department, officers responded to the area of Meadowsweet Way and Park Meadows Drive to investigate a collision reportedly involving a golf cart.

• Folsom Lake Filling Up After Series Of Storms

  FOLSOM (CBS13) – This weekend’s storm has had a huge impact on Folsom Lake, with the lake level shooting up.
  According to the bureau of reclamation the lake is up 19 feet since the beginning of December.

  NORTHSTAR (CBS13) – An employee of Northstar California Resort was killed in an incident on the mountain Sunday.
  Northstar officials say ski patrol responded to an incident on the beginner trail. It is unclear what exactly happened, but Northstar officials are describing it as a “serious incident” involving a 35-year-old employee.

• Airman Faces Hate Crime Charge After Altercation In Davis

  DAVIS (CBS13) – An active duty airman was arrested on suspicion of a hate crime in Davis early Saturday morning, police say.
  The Davis Police Department says 21-year-old Nathan Neal Rogers was involved in an altercation with a 26-year-old Sacramento resident near 3rd and G Streets around 2 a.m.
  Rogers reportedly pushed the victim, an Asian man, and told him to “go back to his country.”

  WASHOE COUNTY, Nev. (CBS13) – The desperate search to find a skier lost in an avalanche near Reno is over.
  Rescue crews have recovered a body believed to be a 60-year old missing skier caught in an avalanche.

  SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — A longtime patron of the Sacramento Ballet has left his estate to the dance company.
  The Sacramento Bee reports that on Thursday an estate sale auctioned off the belongings of 77-year-old Terence Williams for the benefit of the ballet company. Williams left everything he owned and his savings to the ballet, a gift that could provide 10 percent of the company’s budget this year.
