  SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — The county has authorized Bingo since the ’70s, with profits going towards charities, but last year bingo sales dropped by millions.
  While some halls, like Grand Oaks in Citrus Heights, are doing great, others are having trouble filling seats.
  “I’m a bingo fanatic,” said Barbara DeCarlo, who doesn’t miss a Friday at Grand Oaks Bingo.

  STOCKTON, Calif. (CBS 13) – A man is behind bars at San Joaquin County Jail after a hit and run near Highway 99 in Stockton. Investigators say he fled after killing two passengers in the car and one bicyclist on the highway.

  SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) – Three out of four registered California voters cast a ballot in the November election, the highest rate of participation since the 2008 presidential election, state data show.

  STOCKTON (CBS13) — The suspect in a Stockton hit-and-run crash that left three people dead is now in custody.
  The California Highway Patrol says Matthew Barnec, 23, of Stockton was arrested after a tip pointed to him. He’s been booked into San Joaquin County Jail on felony hit-and-run charges.
