    SACRAMENTO (CBS13)- A gas tanker rolled over at the Briggsmore exit on HWY 99 in Modesto around 2:45 AM this morning and is still waiting to be towed.
    CHP Merced Dispatch confirmed the gas tanker was turned over and leaking gas from an accident this morning with CalTrans assisting in the clean up.

    SACRAMENTO (CBS13)- A gas tanker rolled over at the Briggsmore exit on HWY 99 in Modesto around 2:45 AM this morning and is still waiting to be towed.

    Caltrans Looks At Ditching Gas Tax For Mileage Tax
    SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — The California Department of Transportation is looking at getting rid of the state gas tax. Instead, drivers would pay a fee on the number of miles they drive on the road.
    “It would be a big change for drivers,” said Vanessa Wiseman, a spokesperson for Caltrans. “Folks need to understand that we’re just studying it right now and seeing if it is going to be an option.”

    SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — Voters nationwide are worried about what will happen when we go to the polls. The rumors and conversations are now making their way to election officials who say they’re doing what they can to be ready on Tuesday.

    FAIRFIELD (CBS13) — A 10-year-old girl was sexually assaulted in a store when a man grabbed her inappropriately, Fairfield Police said on Friday.
