    SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — Police have arrested two men in the fatal beating of a 67-year-old San Francisco homeless man two years ago.

    Woodland Mother Convicted In Baby’s Death Asks For New Trial
    WOODLAND (CBS13) – The defense of a Woodland mother convicted in the death of her baby has filed a motion for a new trial.
    Samantha Green was in Yolo County Superior Court on Tuesday to be sentenced in the case of Baby Justice. She was convicted of second-degree murder in September for the three-week-old’s death.
    A hearing on the defense’s motion for a new trial will be held on Dec. 9. If the motion is denied, then Green will instead be sentenced that day.
