    SNOWMASS, Colo. (CBS4)– Hotel operator HEI says at least 20 properties in the U.S. may have been hacked, including one in Snowmass.
    Malware may have collected customers names and credit card information at the Westin Snowmass Resort.
    The company says the data was collected from Dec. 26, 2015 through April 10.The Westin Snowmass Resort is the only hotel affected in Colorado.HEI urges customers to review their account statements for any suspicious activity.

    DENVER (AP) – Colorado voters this fall will decide whether terminally ill people should be allowed to receive prescriptions for drugs to end their own lives.
    The “Medical Aid in Dying” measure was certified Monday as having enough petition signatures to make ballots this fall. It becomes the third citizen petition to make ballots, after a universal health care measure and a higher minimum wage.

    DENVER (CBS4) – A man who attacked a woman in what the victim claims was a racially-motivated assault learned his sentence Monday afternoon.
    Christopher Derby pleaded guilty to a bias-motivated crime resulting in bodily injury in May. As part of his plea deal one of the charges — third-degree assault — was dropped.

    Denver normally records about 40 to 45 days each summer in the 90s.
    Looking ahead the week will start off hot and dry for the most part but with each passing day we’ll see a slightly better chance for afternoon showers and storms to pop up.

    Robbers Target Popular Drive-In Movie Theater
    FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) – Two robbery suspects are on the run after hitting a popular drive-in movie theater in Fort Collins.
    The robbery happened Friday night at the Holiday Twin around 10 p.m.
    Two men walked up to the ticket booth, pointed a gun at an employee, and ran off with some money.

    One suspect is described as a white man in his 20s or 30s. The other is a man about 6 feet tall. Both were wearing camouflage jackets with bandanas covering their faces.

    There’s A Surge In Mosquitoes Infected With West Nile Virus

    LARIMER COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) – A record number of mosquitoes are testing positive for the West Nile virus in Boulder, Weld, and Larimer counties.
    Officials said that between 80 and 90 percent of the insects tested last week were the type of mosquito with the potential to carry the deadly disease — culex mosquitoes.
    Colorado has seen 13 cases in humans so far in 2016.
    The state’s first West Nile virus death was announced last week.

    ELIZABETH, Colo. (CBS4) – One person is in critical condition after a roof collapsed at a building near the town of Elizabeth.
    The incident occurred Sunday afternoon at a building located east of Elizabeth.
