    CASTLE ROCK, Colo. (CBS4)– The teen who hid and took photos of women in the changing area of a store at the Outlets at Castle Rock has been sentenced.
    Austin Kyle Baker, 19, of Castle Rock, pleaded guilty to invasion of privacy for sexual gratification. He was sentenced Thursday to five days in jail and four years supervised probation as a sex offender.
    Police in Castle Rock were called by a woman who said she saw a young man looking over the wall of the changing room while she was inside.

    BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) – A former University of Colorado student who raped another student will not serve any time in prison.
    This week a Boulder County judge went against prosecutors’ wishes for a harsher punishment and sentenced Austin Wilkerson to 20 years of probation.
    Wilkerson, 22, will be put into a work release program at the Boulder County Jail. He will be able to go to school and work during the day and then must sleep at the jail at night.

    DENVER (AP/CBS4) – A 7-year-old girl drowned in a pool at an apartment complex in Arapahoe County and the mother has been arrested.

    Shots Fired At Uber Driver In Apparently Random Incident
    NORTHGLENN, Colo. (CBS4) – An Uber driver says two people pulled up next to him overnight and began firing shots at his car for no apparent reason. A chase that followed led from the north Denver metro area into Weld County.
    The incident happened early Friday morning and two people are in custody. No one was hurt.

    FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) – An Amber Alert that went into effect overnight is over, according to Fort Collins police.
    Police said Lauren Perotti-Montgomery drove off when police confronted her at about 10:15 p.m. in Fort Collins. Her 5-year-old girl was in the car with her.
    About five hours after the Colorado Bureau of Investigation issued the alert, police announced the woman was under arrest in Fort Collins and the child was found with her and was safe.

    PUEBLO, Colo. (AP) — Autopsies confirmed that three girls drowned accidentally in a southern Colorado swimming pool earlier this week, but authorities said Thursday they have yet to determine how it happened.
    Azucena Gandarilla, 3, her sister Amaya, 6, and their baby sitter, Joo Hyun Lee, 17, drowned Monday in the swimming pool at a Pueblo mobile home complex.
    Pueblo County Coroner Brian Cotter said the deaths were accidents and no signs of trauma were found.
