    CUBA, N.Y. (WIVB) — A fatal crash shut down part of I-86 near Cuba on Tuesday.
    New York State police say they responded to a crash involving two semi trucks around 5:30 a.m.
    According to them, a truck driven by Ohio resident Kyle Willis, 41, was disabled and partially in the roadway.
    As Willis was outside trying to make repairs, he and his truck were struck by another semi that was traveling east.

    The eastbound lanes in that area will be closed for an undetermined amount of time, Cuba police say.
