    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – The BPO is headed to Poland!
    The trip will be the first international tour for the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra in 30 years.
    Over the weekend, the BPO performed the tour program for its hometown audience.
    The orchestra headed out after Sunday afternoon’s concert.

    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB)- Monday in Erie County Court, Defense attorney Joseph Terranova stood feet away from the man he claims assaulted him days earlier; his client of nine months, Mark Dublino.

    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) —  Former Buffalo city worker James Craddock, 47, previously pleaded not guilty to charges including animal cruelty, menacing,  and criminal possession of a weapon but in court today he took a plea of guilty for aggravated cruelty to animals.
    Prosecutors say James Craddock confronted a Buffalo woman and her dog, Audi, on September 23 at Mineral Springs road and Frank avenue. After a brief exchange, Craddock pulled out a large knife and stabbed the dog.

    NEW YORK (AP) — A helicopter crashed into New York City’s East River Sunday night and flipped upside down in the water, killing all five passengers aboard, officials said.

    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A one-car crash knocked out power to a traffic signal in Buffalo overnight.
    Just before 5 a.m., a car crashed through a power box before slamming into a brick wall at the intersection of Delaware and Kenmore avenues.
