  SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – A car that got stuck on some railroad tracks caused a backup that blocked traffic for more than an hour Tuesday morning.
  The incident started just before 6:30 a.m. Sacramento police say they got a report that a car was stuck on the tracks at 19th and P streets. Union Pacific Railroad was alerted about the incident and the car was removed within 10 minutes of the call.

  SACRAMENTO (AP) — A California Highway Patrol officer came to the aid of newborns in the state capital this week, but it was a bit different than the usual story.
  The CHP says Officer A. Montano responded Monday to a disabled vehicle on the center divider of U.S. 50 south of downtown Sacramento.

  INYO COUNTY (CBS13) – The search continues for a Marine missing in the southern Sierra Nevada.
  Lieutenant Matthew Kraft, 24, went hiking on Sierra High Route in an area called Kearsarge Pass on February 24. He was supposed to hike out on March 4.

  STOCKTON (CBS13) – Police say an alleged car thief died after he was tackled by neighbors. The deadly altercation took place in the 300 block of East Jackson Street out in front of an apartment complex in the Seaport District.
