  The herd was captured on video by the City of West Sacramento during their “commute” on Thursday.The goats are employed as all-natural lawnmowers, taking advantage of the animals’ appetite for grass to help clear out overgrown areas around West Sacramento. • Constitutional Amendment Proposed To Change California’s Death Penalty Laws

  SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — A California Assembly Member has introduced a constitutional amendment to end the death penalty in our state.
  Assembly Member Marc Levine of the 10th District proposed the change on Wednesday.

  This comes just a day after Governor Newsome signed a moratorium on executions in California.

  SONOMA COUNTY (CBS13) – Two tiny mountain lion kittens were caught on camera snuggling up next to their mama.
  The adorable scene was captured by researchers in Sonoma County. The kitties were born in the Trione-Annadel State Park.

  Their mama is a three-year-old big cat tagged P-11. Researchers say this may be her first litter.
