• Police: Fatal Accident Between Motorcycle And Vehicle In Manteca

    MANTECA (CBS13) — Manteca police are investigating a fatal accident that happened just before noon Saturday.
    According to police, the accident between a motorcycle and a vehicle happened on the 1800 block of East Yosemite Avenue.
    Police said their Major Accident Investigation Team (MAIT) responded to the team and that an investigation is ongoing.
    It is still unknown if alcohol was involved at this time.
    The identities of the drivers involved have not yet been released.

    STOCKTON (CBS13) — A Manteca teenager made his first court appearance Friday after he and a 16-year-old boy were arrested for beating a 71-year-old Sihk man with disabilities in a neighborhood park.
    Eighteen-year-old Tyrone McAllister, the son of a bay area police chief, now faces multiple charges in the attack that was all caught on camera.
    Family members of the victim were also in court as McAllister was arraigned.

    ROCKLIN (CBS13) —  The Rocklin teen accused of killing his 13-year-old sister plead guilty Friday.Tanner Wood, the son of a high ranking Placer County prosecutor Jeff Wood, has been charged with killing his sister Ashley in July of 2016 at their home.Police said Ashley Wood died of blunt force trauma. According to court documents, Tanner admitted to using a pickaxe, although prosecutors argued a sledgehammer and knife were also used.

    ROCKLIN (CBS13) — The Rocklin Police Department is looking for information regarding an armed bank robbery that happened Thursday afternoon.
