    SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Stevante Clark, the outspoken brother of Stephon Clark, has been arrested.
    He was booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail at 12:10 p.m. Thursday on charges of making threats intending to cause death or great bodily injury and making harassing calls to 911.
    Clark is currently ineligible for bail.
    His next court date is Friday at 1:30 p.m.

    SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Stevante Clark, the outspoken brother of Stephon Clark, who was shot and killed by Sacramento police, has been arrested.
    Clark was booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail just after noon Thursday on charges of making threats intending to cause death or great bodily injury and making harassing calls to 911, according to court records.
    He was arrested on the 900 block of Acacia Avenue just after 10 a.m. on Thursday.

  • $80.3 Million Recycling Fraud Conspiracy Bust in Sacramento

    SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Five people were arrested and charged in an $80.3 million recycling fraud conspiracy based out of Sacramento County.

    AUBURN (CBS13) – Knee Deep Brewing Company is knee deep in a legal battle with Sony over its Breaking Bud beer.

    AUBURN (CBS13) – Charges were dropped against a former Placer County Correctional Sergeant accused of filing a false report during an excessive force investigation.
    Megan Yaws was one of three jail employees arrested last May. The other two, Deputy Robert Madden and Correctional Officer Jeffrey Villanueva, were charged with multiple counts of using excessive force against inmates. Sgt. Yaws faced one count of falsifying a report.

    SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Misha, the 4-year-old snow leopard at the Sacramento Zoo, is pregnant. She’s expected to give birth in early May.
    Misha came to the Sacramento Zoo in 2014 from the Denver Zoo as part of the Association of Zoos and Aquariums Snow Leopard Species Survival Plan.     RENO, Nev. (AP) – A 28-year-old bank robber from Utah who held up a bank in St. George a few weeks after robberies in California and Nevada has been sentenced to five years and three months in federal prison.
    A U.S. District Court judge in Sacramento sentenced Gregory James Brown of Bountiful on Wednesday.
