    NORTH SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — A man was shot and killed after officers say he was waving a gun in the street, then pointed it at them.

    SACRAMENTO (AP) — The California Department of Motor Vehicles says three offices that remain limited by a computer failure should be back to normal operations by Monday.
    The new target is delayed after officials said they’d hoped to have them back by Friday.
