• Kids Learn How To Fish With Police Officers At ‘Cops & Bobbers’ Event

  PARKER, Colo. (CBS4) – Parker police officers spent their Saturday teaching more than 160 kids how to fish.
  They held their Cops and Bobbers event at a pond at Lincoln Avenue and Havana Street. Cabela’s donated all of the equipment and had staff there to help.

  COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4) – Police in Colorado Springs have arrested a man they say was masturbating in public and grabbed a woman.
  According to police, Jamal Mazyck, 26, was masturbating outside a business in the 1200 block of North Academy Boulevard Friday afternoon. He was looking in the window of the business before entering and grabbing a female employee while he continued to touch himself.

  LITTLETON, Colo. (CBS4) – Investigators now say a fire in April at a senior living apartment complex was accidental. A new report also reveals many residents didn’t have to leave their apartment during repairs to the building.

  VAIL, Colo. (CBS4) – A man is under arrest after allegedly making threats against Vail police.
  According to police, Frank James Duddleston, 41, called the Vail Public Safety Communications Center five times using both 911 and non-emergency lines between June 7 and June 10. He threatened to “kill every one of you” and said he was going to “hunt the dispatchers down.”

  MONTEZUMA COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) – A 200-acre fire is burning in southwest Colorado.
  U.S. Forest Service officials with the San Juan National Forest say the Sage Hen Fire started Saturday afternoon near Country Road X and McPhee Reservoir and the flames spread into the national forest.

• Man Killed Crossing Colfax Avenue In Aurora

  AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) – One person is dead following an auto-pedestrian crash in Aurora.
  The crash happened just before 1 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of East Colfax Avenue and Scranton Street.
  Police say a 57-year-old man was crossing Colfax when a man driving an SUV hit him. The driver stayed at the scene.
  Investigators believe the man who was hit was homeless and possibly intoxicated.
  No charges have been filed against the driver so far.

  DENVER (AP) – People in wheelchairs, walking on stilts and riding rainbow-decorated motorcycles turned out for gay pride events over the weekend, including people on parade in Denver carrying posters of the names or faces of the victims who died in last weekend’s attack on a gay nightclub in Florida.

• Crews Recover Body Of Kayaker In Georgetown Lake

  GEORGETOWN, Colo. (CBS4) – The Clear Creek County Sheriff’s Office says they have found the body of a 30-year-old man in Georgetown Lake.
  The man ended up in the water after his kayak capsized around 7 p.m. Saturday. A Georgetown police officer was unable to reach the man who was too far from shore for a safe rescue.
  Crews continued to look for the man overnight until his body was found around 2 a.m. Sunday. Authorities say he was not wearing any safety equipment.

  AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) – Aurora police are investigating a robbery and a shooting at a marijuana dispensary that left one man dead.
  Police say the shooting happened at approximately 9:45 p.m. Saturday at the Green Heart dispensary located at 19005 East Quincy Avenue.

  LARIMER COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) – Officials say a wildfire burning in Lory State Park is now 100 percent contained.
