    MIAMI (AP) – Colorado Rockies right-hander Tyler Chatwood has left his team’s game at Miami in the second inning because of back spasms.
    Chatwood threw 48 pitches Saturday, the last of which sailed to the backstop for his third walk. A trainer then went to the mound accompanied by manager Walt Weiss, and after a brief conversation, Chatwood left the game.

    PUEBLO, Colo. (AP) – A 43-year-old man has died after two jet skis collided at Lake Pueblo State Park.
    Colorado Parks and Wildlife spokesman Matt Robbins says wildlife authorities, Pueblo County sheriff’s deputies and the Pueblo West Fire Department tried to revive the man after the accident Friday evening, but they were not successful.

    Prosecutors say 25-year-old Lossie Thomas entered her plea Thursday and was sentenced to seven years in prison. Her fiance, 32-year-old Patrick Williams, pleaded guilty June 9 and is scheduled to be sentenced in August.
