• Woman Found Dead At Woodland Massage Business; Police Investigating Homicide

    WOODLAND (CBS13) – A woman’s body was found at a Woodland massage business Tuesday evening.
    The scene was near Cottonwood and West Cross streets.
    Woodland police say the woman’s body was found by a security guard just before 6 p.m.
    Officers are now searching the area for surveillance video.
    It’s still not clear if the woman, whose name has not been released at this point, was an employee at the massage business.

  • DMV Adding Saturday Hours At More Locations To Combat Long Lines

    SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – The California Department of Motor Vehicles will start offering Saturday service at its Woodland office on September 22. The expanded service is an attempt to alleviate the long lines being experienced at field offices statewide due to the switch to REAL IDs.

    LODI (CBS13) — A man taking pictures on top of a parking garage fell to his death in Lodi on Tuesday.
    Police say an Asian man in his 60s was taking pictures at around 7:15 p.m. near a ledge on North Sacramento Street in Lodi when he fell 40 feet.

    The new hours will start on Sept. 9 at all but one location.
