    STOCKTON (CBS13) – Police in Stockton are asking for additional help from the public to find a man who went missing at the end of May and still hasn’t surfaced.Twenty-four-year-old Jackie Mission Manihay has been in Stockton for two years and speaks limited English. He speaks Tagalog and the dialect Visayan.

    SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Police have identified the man allegedly behind a road rage incident on a busy Sacramento street Monday.
    Garcia Alvarez, 40, is accused of ramming his Chevrolet SUV into the side of a Honda SUV multiple times, jumping on it and tearing off parts.

    TURLOCK (CBS13) – The world’s biggest bounce house will visit Turlock Father’s Day weekend.
    The 10,000 square-foot inflatable bounce house will set up at the Stanislaus County Fair June 15, 16, and 17.

    MODESTO (CBS13) – A grass fire spread to a nearby home in Modesto on Tuesday.
    Modesto Fire and Stanislaus Consolidated Fire fire crews were called out to the 4400 block of McHenry a vegetation fire that had spread to a nearby house in the 4400 block of McHenry Avenue, according to a Modesto Fire Department statement.The house was reportedly abandoned.

    Smoke poured from the second story of the home on 36th street near 12th avenue.

  • Girl Battling Cancer Wants Cards For Her 4th Birthday

    TUOLUMNE COUNTY (CBS13) — A 3-year-old girl from Tuolumne County is fighting for her life after being diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer.
    Grace Lynn Whited, who lives near Modesto, was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma just one month before turning 4. At the end of May, her family noticed something was wrong.
    “She just wasn’t herself. She didn’t want to walk, she said her legs hurt, her bruises wouldn’t go away,” said mom Jessica Whited.
