    SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — “It’s like reliving it. It’s like reliving the whole thing,” said Kenneth Smith following the court appearance of the accused East Area Rapist.

    NEVADA COUNTY (CBS13) — Authorities in Nevada and Placer counties continue to search for a 70-year-old veteran missing going on two weeks.
    Stan Norman was last seen in the early morning hours on April 15 at a residence on S Auburn Street in Grass Valley.

    SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — Investigators trying to hunt down the so-called Golden State Killer used information from genetic websites a year ago and misidentified an elderly Oregon man as a possible suspect.
    Court records obtained by The Associated Press show that in March 2017 investigators in Clackamas County, Oregon, convinced a judge to order the 73-year-old man to provide a DNA sample.
