    STOCKTON (CBS13) – Police say an innocent man was hit and killed by a stray bullet in Stockton Thursday night.
    The incident happened along the 800 block of W. Ponce De Leon Avenue. Officers responded just before 8 p.m. after a report of multiple shots being fired.

    WEST SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – A West Sacramento veterans group that’s been the target of thieves is getting some brand new flags.
    Someone has stolen several flags from outside the Veterans of Foreign Wars post on Drever Street, most recently Tuesday night.
    It’s happened three times recently, with five flags stolen in all.
    On Friday, Sacramento Flag Works will donate new flags and help the group make sure they’re secure.
