  • Man Pleads Guilty To Planting Fake Bomb In School Cafeteria

    FOUNTAIN, Colo. (CBS4)– A father and seemingly disgruntled former school employee has pleaded guilty to planting a fake bomb in a school cafeteria.
    Bryan Bolding faces up to three years in prison when he is sentenced later this year.

    At one time, Bolding was an IT Director at Fountain Valley School. The school told investigators that his contract was not being renewed.

    DENVER (CBS4)– Gov. John Hickenlooper denied the pardon for a Peruvian mother who had taken sanctuary in a church in Denver while highlighting the need for federal immigration reform.
    Ingrid Encalada Latorre is from Peru and moved to Colorado in 2000. She has two children who were born in the United States.

    ST. PAUL, Minn. (Radio.com) – Grant Hart, drummer and vocalist for the pioneering rock band Hüsker Dü, has passed away at age 56. Hart was battling cancer at the time of his death.

    CBS Local — A disturbing new study has revealed that suicide attempts are on the rise in the United States. Younger adults were even more prone to self-destructive behavior than other groups.
