    DENVER (CBS4) – Police in Denver say they discovered a hash oil operation inside a home they initially believed was a methamphetamine lab on Thursday.
    Jordan Stone, 26, was arrested for suspicion of extracting the oil at a residence located in the 1800 block of South St. Paul Street near the University of Denver.

    Woman Accused Of Shooting At Law Enforcement Officers On I-70
    AGATE, Colo. (CBS4) – A woman accused of shooting at law enforcement officers was taken into custody Friday night.
    The incident occurred on Interstate 70 just after 11 p.m. east of the Agate exit.
    Authorities said the woman, identified as Jasmine Faith Delores Johnson, 26, was threatening to kill law enforcement officers.
    “Shots were fired; neither the suspect nor officers were hit by gunfire,” authorities said in a statement.

    Police say Densmore killed Mead afterwards, then dismembered and dumped the remains of her body across four states.

    One woman got a call from someone claiming to be her grandson.

    Jesus Carreno, 24, pleaded guilty in January to vehicular homicide and driving under the influence.

    GENESEE Park, Colo. (CBS4) – Twenty-two young bison were up for auction Friday.
    The property manager at the Genesee Bison Ranch says there’s only so much land to hold all of the bison they have, so some needed to be auctioned off.
    A typical bison brings in about three to five thousand dollars.

    GOLDEN, Colo. (CBS4) – The second of the three “Scream Bandits” was sentenced to 1,200 years in prison.
    Myloh Mason was convicted on 38 counts after he robbed a bank while wearing a mask from the movie “Scream.”

    The cub is the first of his species to be born via artificial insemination. The procedure used frozen and thawed semen.

    The National Weather Service reported 8 inches of snow from the storm which is more than Denver’s 7.9 inches measured thus far in 2017.
    So far this season Denver has seen 19.3 inches of snow and we should be at 35.1 inches.
