    Fees will range from $3 to $30, depending on traffic, once the testing period is over.
    The express lane is expected to be open more than 70 days a year during peak travel periods, mostly on weekends and holidays.

    LAKEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4)– A woman is lucky to be alive after a courageous rescue in Lakewood. Some Good Samaritans pulled the trapped driver from her burning car Saturday after a fiery crash on W. Alameda Avenue and South Harlan Street.
