    Denver Mayor Michael Hancock on Wednesday launched a campaign called 1A for DIA. Officials are hoping voters in Adams County and Denver will support a new commercial development at DIA.

    LAFAYETTE, Colo. (CBS4) – A woman says she is no longer welcome on her church’s retreats because she is transgender.
    Melissa Chapman has been attending Flatirons Community Church in Lafayette for more than three years and was really looking forward to attending a women’s church retreat.     BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) – Now you can own your very own BB-8.
    BB-8 is the latest Star Wars robot featured in the upcoming moving “Star Wars: The Force Awakens.” And the toy version of the character was created in Boulder.
    “This is a new friend, it’s a new droid of the future,” said Adam Wilson, cofounder of Boulder company Sphero.

    LOVELAND, Colo. (CBS4) – Investigators are looking into the cause of a deadly accident in Loveland Wednesday morning.
    According to Loveland police, the five-vehicle crash occurred at the intersection of 14th Street and South Lincoln Avenue at approximately 10:30 a.m. Investigators say a speeding SUV crashed into one vehicle and then rolled, causing a chain reaction.
