  COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4) – A Colorado Springs man is facing his 9th DUI conviction and now he may finally face prison time thanks to a new law.
  Previously, drunk drivers could be charged only with misdemeanors, meaning they could remain free even after multiple DUIs. But under the new Colorado law, four or more DUI convictions could land someone in prison.

  BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) – When you break a nine game losing streak there’s bound to be some emotion in the locker room.
  That was the case on Saturday after the CU Buffaloes defeated Massachusetts 48-14.In a video the CU Athletics Department shared with CBS4 Sports, Coach Mike McIntyre tells his players they if they believe in themselves, winning is always possible.

  DENVER (CBS4) – A man who critically hurt himself when he fell off a landing on Sunday at Sports Authority Field at Mile High was trying to retrieve a friend’s hat that blew off.

• Bear Cub Runs Into Pizza Place, Hides In Kitchen

  COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4) – A bear cub managed to get into a pizza place in downtown Colorado Springs Monday afternoon.
  He reportedly ran through an open door of Louie’s Pizza on East Boulder Street at about 12:30 p.m. The young bear was seen running down the street and it is believed he was scared.
  The pizza restaurant is not letting anyone inside. An official from Colorado Parks and Wildlife is on the way to help get the little bear out.

  THORNTON, Colo. (CBS4) – Investigators in Thornton on Monday were trying to figure out what the relationship was between a woman who was carjacked and the suspects in the crime.

• Aurora Theater Shooter Held Alone In Prison Cell

  DENVER (AP) — Aurora theater shooter James Holmes has been moved to a southern Colorado prison where he is being held in a cell by himself.
  Department of Corrections spokeswoman Adrienne Jacobson says Holmes is not in maximum security but has fewer privileges and is monitored more closely than other inmates. He will stay at the Colorado State Penitentiary until officials find a suitable facility for him.
