    WILLIMANTIC–Police are asking for the public’s help to locate a wanted man after an armed robbery and standoff situation on Sunday.

    (Bethany, Conn./CBS Connecticut) – Thirteen goats that were among over 70 found living in squalor earlier this year have a new home.
    The goats arrived today at Lockett’s Meadow Farm in Bethany.
    Operator Kathy Schurman says the animals weren’t as bad off as the rest, some of which died at the Butterfield Farm in Cornwall.
    Schurman says the goats have to get acclimated to their new digs since they were living indoors while they recovered in niantic.

    BETHANY – Thirteen severely neglected goats, which were among nearly 100 rescued from a farm in Cornwall, now have a safe sanctuary to live out their years.

    Truck smashes into wall at Danbury store causing collapse
    DANBURY —  A wall behind a shoe warehouse collapsed in Danbury Tuesday after it was hit by a tractor-trailer hit.
    The truck was making a delivery to a nearby Staples store around 11:30 a.m., when it was backing up according to the Danbury Fire Department and hit the building.
