  ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Former Albuquerque Public Schools kindergarten teacher Joshua Weitz pleaded guilty Wednesday to federal child pornography charges.
  Under the terms of his plea agreement, 39-year-old Joshua Weitz will be sentenced to 24 to 151 months in prison followed by 15 years of supervised release. Weitz will also be required to register as a sex offender.
  Weitz was arrested last year at his apartment on Comanche and Carlisle on 26 counts of child pornography.
