  TRINIDAD, Colo. (AP) – The U.S. Geological Survey has downgraded the strength of a small earthquake near the New Mexico-Colorado border.
  Geophysicist Don Blakeman says Tuesday’s quake had a magnitude of 3.9.
  Initial reports put the magnitude at 4.5.
  The quake struck just before 11 a.m. and was centered about 26 miles west-southwest of Trinidad, Colorado.
  Authorities in Las Animas County, Colorado, and in New Mexico’s Colfax and Taos counties say there are no reports of damage.

  SANTA FE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Office is looking for 14-year-old Angel Madrid who they say is missing.
  Madrid was last seen Monday leaving her home in Santa Fe with a 14-year-old female friend. The sheriff’s office says she was wearing a floral print shirt and black leggings. She was also carrying a cheetah print backpack.
  Madrid is described as Hispanic with brown/blond hair and brown eyes. She is also said to be about 5-foot-3 and 110 pounds.

  ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The FBI is asking for help locating a man accused of attempting to rob an Albuquerque bank Tuesday.
  Authorities say it happened at the Bank of Albuquerque on Wyoming near Montgomery around 10:15 a.m. The FBI believes the same man then robbed a Nusenda Credit Union a short time later.

  ALCALDE, N.M. (KRQE) – Heavy rain washed out roads in Northern New Mexico Monday, as the afternoon storm caused flooding.
  Desiree Medina sent video to KRQE News 13 from Alcalde just north of Española. The video above shows water rushing down their road, leaving it nearly impassable.
  Medina says they had to leave their cars at the bottom of the road and have someone with four-wheel drive take them home.

  APD says someone called to report it around 11:30 in the morning at the intersection of Garfield and Bryn Mawr in Nob Hill.
