    Police are investigating gunshots after residents claimed to hear them in an Eastwood Street. Armed officers rushed to the scene in Comet Close shortly after 8pm on Valentine's Day. No weapons were found at the scene, but a window had been damaged. No-one was injured. The force is now appealing for any witnesses or anyone with information to call them on 101, or phone Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
