  SOUTH SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — Four people, including a four-year-old boy, were shot in South Sacramento Friday night, according to the Sacramento Sheriff’s Department.
  Officials said two adults, a male and female, are in critical condition. The female reportedly sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
  The four-year-old boy and another adult male are both in stable condition, officials said.

  TURLOCK (CBS13) — A brazen burglar is now considered armed and dangerous for impersonating an officer.
  He’s suspected of breaking into a law enforcement officer’s Turlock home and stealing weapons and tactical gear earlier this month. Since the break-in he’s been caught on surveillance cameras wearing the stolen gear, prowling several Turlock neighborhoods late at night.

  RIO LINDA (CBS13) — A lingering question surrounding the suspected DUI crash that sent a pregnant woman to the hospital is: will the driver be held responsible for the death of premature baby RJ?
  The driver, Ronnie Ward, has been charged with two counts of DUI and driving on a suspended license. But the District Attorney confirmed Friday that he will not be charged with vehicular manslaughter, even though the crash killed baby RJ.

• Grass Valley Man Sentenced To 10 Years In Prison For Child Pornography, Online Enticement Of A Minor

  SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — A Grass Valley man was sentenced to 10 years and four months in prison Friday for the receipt of child pornography and attempting to use the internet to entice a child to engage in sexual activity.
  The Department of Justice said 34-year-old Samuel C. Thompson used a peer-to-peer file-sharing software program to download child pron files from the internet between August 2012 and March 2013.
  Thompson pleaded guilty in May 2016 to charges of receipt of child pornography.

• Deputies Investigating Riverside Homicide

  RIVERBANK (CBS13) — The Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a reported shooting that left a man dead Thursday night.
  Deputies responded to the 5900 block of Terminal Avenue around 10:20 p.m. Thursday for the report of a shooting and located an adult male victim at the scene. The victim later died at an area hospital.
  After an investigation, deputies say they discovered the crime scene was located in the 3600 block of Castlepark Drive in Riverbank.
