    Police say they received a 911 call from a 10-year-old child at 11:30 a.m. The child said his one-year-old brother had fallen out of the boat while fishing with her father and younger sibling. The child was wearing a life vest, but the father was not, according to officials.

    STOCKTON (CBS13) — Kelsey Turner, a 25-year-old who posed for Playboy, was arrested in Stockton in connection to the murder of a California doctor whose body was found in the trunk of a car abandoned in the desert near Las Vegas.

    MODESTO (CBS13) — Modesto Police seized 55 boxes of illegal fireworks that were being delivered to a residential Modesto address Friday.

    STOCKTON (CBS13) — Police say a female pedestrian was killed after being struck on the sidewalk on West Church and South Lincoln Street.
    The incident happened around 1:30 p.m. and police do not know how it happened yet. Officials are currently investigating if the woman was walking or standing on the sidewalk.
