    The Sutter County Sheriff’s Office says 20-year-old Alycia Yeoman’s body was found near the Live Oak Recreation Park on Sunday. Detectives say the body was identified through dental records.

    MODESTO (CBS13) – Police in Modesto are searching for man suspected of child molestation.
    Kevin Robertson, a 37-year-old Modesto resident, was last seen fleeing from officers in the Madera area. Modesto police say he is wanted on charges of molesting a child under the age of 10.
    Police say the child Robertson is suspected of molesting lived with him.
    Roberston was driving a blue 1994 Chevy S10 with the California license plate number 62607F1.

    SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – The identity of the body found Monday in Live Oak still hasn’t been made public, but we’ve now learned of its gender.
    The Sacramento County Coroner’s Office confirmed reports the body is female.
    A fisherman discovered the body Sunday on the Feather River in the vicinity of where missing Gridley woman Alycia Yeoman’s truck and cellphone were found. But authorities still have not linked Sunday’s discovery to Yeoman.

    TRUCKEE (CBS13) – Authorities are warning people traveling up the Sierra to not pick up any hitchhikers due to a police search in the area.
    California Highway Patrol’s Truckee division said Tuesday morning that they’re looking for a suspect who ran from an officer on Interstate 80 east of Hirshdale.

    RANCHO CORDOVA (CBS13) — Deputies shot and killed a suspect who allegedly choked his girlfriend and attacked an officer and K9.

    RANCHO CORDOVA (CBS13) — Police have shut down westbound Highway 50 after an officer-involved shooting.
    The closure at Zinfandel happened as officers were searching for a suspect involved in a shooting.

    8:45 p.m. UPDATE: Police are saying the initial incident was an assault that deputies responded to. Investigators say a 32-year-old man hit him in the head with a rock deputy, and the deputy opened fire.

    STOCKTON (CBS13) – A toddler is in the hospital recovering from a gunshot wound he suffered over the weekend.
