  SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – The owner of an East Sacramento brewery who faced online backlash after making some political comments is stepping down.
  Daniel Murphy of Twelve Rounds Brewing Company announced on Tuesday that he and his wife would be leaving the company he founded. He cited how the backlash affected the brewery as the reason for his departure.

  SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Authorities are asking drivers to avoid northbound Highway 99 heading into downtown due to a crash late Tuesday morning.
  The Sacramento Fire Department says they’re responding to a crash involving multiple vehicles on Highway 99 near 12th Avenue.

  The complaint filed by the district attorney’s office said the coach assaulted a minor.
