  SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Two people are under arrest after 20 cars and 10 homes were vandalized in Natomas overnight.
  The vandalism happened in several locations near the 100 block of Bewicks Circle and the 4000 block Clarewood Way, according to a statement from the Sacramento Police Department. Vandals spray painted profanity and vulgar drawings on cars and homes.

  PLACERVILLE (CBS13) – A high school teacher is behind bars, accused of several counts of molesting students.
  On Thursday, police detectives were called out to El Dorado High School in Placerville to investigate allegations that Daniel Mummy, a math teacher, was unlawfully touching female students.

  The man accused of murdering his daughter-in-law in Suisun City is expected to face a judge today.
  Sixty-three-year-old Amarjit Singh is scheduled to be arraigned at 1:30 p.m. in the death of 29-year-old Sharmeena Bibi.
  Detectives believe Singh became upset over Bibi allegedly being disrespectful. Singh confronted her in the garage then attacked her with a hammer, detectives say.

• Water To Start Flowing Down Damaged Oroville Dam Spillway Again Today

  BUTTE COUNTY (CBS13) – Oroville Dam’s damaged spillway is expected to be back in use today.
  The Department of Water Resources says it will start up outflows from Lake Oroville and begin to slowly increase them, between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. today.
  The spillway has been shut off since February 27 when officials closed it for repairs and to clear debris after a giant hole formed in the concrete.

  Fairmont elementary school in Vacaville was placed on lockdown this morning as police searched for suspicious person in the area.
  The incident happened in the 9 a.m. hour. Officers were alerted to the possible presence of a woman described as white, with short blonde hair, approximately 40 years old and wearing a UCLA hoodie.

  The stabbing happened about 5:30 a.m. on J Street near 30th Street. According to Sacramento police, a man was stabbed in the neck.   CITRUS HEIGHTS (CBS13) — A third-grader in the San Juan Unified School district became an American citizen on Thursday.
  An assembly and swearing-in ceremony were held for 8-year-old Jems Berry at Carriage Drive Elementary School in Citrus Heights.
