    LODI (CBS13) — Lodi Police got a call from a man who claimed he had murdered someone, but that didn’t end up being the case.
    They say Joseph Oaks, 25, called and said he had just killed someone and that he was heavily armed.
    Police found Oaks standing out in the middle of Hilborn Street before he retreated back into his home to put on a jacket. Officers say Oaks then made it appear like he had a weapon underneath.
