  OAKDALE (CBS13)- Stanislaus County Fire Department responded to a plane crash at Oakdale Airport Saturday morning.
  According to the fire department, only one person was on board of the plane and they did not survive.

  SACRAMENTO (CBS13)-  At 5:30 AM on Saturday, Sacramento Police Department received a call to Sacramento County Jail for a vehicle that drove through the jail’s main lobby located on I street between 6th and 7th Street in Downtown Sacramento.

  SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – The man accused of nearly killing a local international hero changed his plea Friday.
  “To be honest I don’t know what I was hoping for, I just wanted to go and see the guy face-to-face,” said the victim Spencer Stone,It was a surprise plea deal. Stone, now 24, was ready to go to trial next week, but his attacker changed his mind.

• Lodi Man Who Called Cops Didn’t Kill Anyone

  LODI (CBS13) — Lodi Police got a call from a man who claimed he had murdered someone, but that didn’t end up being the case.
  They say Joseph Oaks, 25, called and said he had just killed someone and that he was heavily armed.
  Police found Oaks standing out in the middle of Hilborn Street before he retreated back into his home to put on a jacket. Officers say Oaks then made it appear like he had a weapon underneath.

  SAN FRANCISCO (AP) – The State Bar of California approved an ethics rule that would subject lawyers to discipline for having sex with their clients.
  California currently bars attorneys from coercing a client into sex or demanding sex in exchange for legal representation.
