  SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – The man who stabbed hometown hero Spencer Stone pleaded guilty to attempted murder in court on Friday.
  James Tran agreed to a nine-year sentence. He pleaded guilty to the charges of attempted murder and enhancements that he caused great bodily injured and used a deadly weapon.
  The formal sentencing will happen on May 12.

  TURLOCK (CBS13) – A driver is in police custody following a pursuit with officers who tried to serve a search warrant in Turlock.
  Investigators say they went to a home near Hawkeye Avenue and Quincy Road just before 8 p.m. Thursday and saw the person of interest leaving the area.

  ORANGEVALE (CBS13) – An Orangevale community continues to speak out against a mental health facility planned for their neighborhood. Turning Point Community Programs acquired the property last fall and plans to open a 15-bed crisis center on Elm Avenue.
