    LOS ANGELES (AP) — Los Angeles has reached an agreement with international Olympic leaders that will open the way for the city to host the 2028 Summer Games.

    MESA COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) – A man is in jail after allegedly shooting at passing cars on a highway in western Colorado.

    The Colorado State Patrol says that Jeffrey Stumpf, 54, of Evergreen, died after crossing from the westbound lanes into eastbound traffic on I-70, hitting several vehicles.

    The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office shared video on Facebook showing rescuers pulling a dog and then a man out to safety from an SUV in the middle of rushing water.It happened Sunday after the man parked in a dry creek bed and it flooded.
