    GLENWOOD SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4)– An 8-year-old boy’s death on the popular Hanging Lake Trail is apparently an accident.
    The child, said to be from the Front Range, tripped and hit his head on a rock while hiking with his family near a waterfall at the top of the trail in Glenwood Canyon.

    The Department of Agriculture says it’s a result of mislabeling. The products apparently contain milk, which is not a listed ingredient on the label.
    All the products have the number 794M inside the USDA inspection mark.
    If you have one of the products, you should either throw it away or return them to the place of purchase.
