    A 60-year-old man from Denver died Saturday from a “suspected cardiac event” on the Green River in Dinosaur National Monument, according to the National Park Service.
    Monument staff members received a call that CPR was in progress on a client of Sheri Griffith Expeditions shortly before 3 p.m. Saturday, the park service wrote in a press statement, noting that the Moab, Utah-based Griffith Expeditions is an “authorized river concessionaire.”

    CRAIG, Colo. (CBS4) – A male firefighter was injured on Saturday while fighting a wildfire in northwestern Colorado.
    The incident happened at the site of the Temple Fire near Craig, and the injury was described as being second degree burns to the legs.
    Fire managers believe the wildfire, which is located on federal land 25 miles west of Craig, was started by a lightning strike. It has burned more than 60 acres and on Sunday it was 60 percent contained.

    Thornton Police have arrested a 15-year-old boy in connection with the murder investigation of 10-year-old Kiaya Campbell, who went missing last week after last being seen with the 15-year-old son of her father’s girlfriend.

    LOVELAND, Colo. (CBS4) – A man who died after a shooting with police in Loveland has been identified.
    The incident took place Thursday night near Namaqua Park, which is west of Interstate 25.

    Police were investigating a car crash when a driver jumped out of a car and started firing at officers.
    The officers fired back and after being hit police say that driver, Stephen Rich, 48, was taken to the hospital and died.
