    SEVERANCE, Colo. (CBS4) — A Colorado babysitter who used two children she was watching to help her rob a bank — a heist allegedly planned to help her pay back money stolen from her employers- was sentenced Friday.
    According to the Weld County DA, Rachel Einspahr, 29, went to the drive through at the Colorado East Bank & Trust in Severance in May 2016 after picking the children up from school. She allegedly sent a note through the vacuum tube demanding money for a man in the back

    DENVER (AP) — A Democratic state lawmaker on Friday accused Republican Attorney General Cynthia Coffman of acting “at the behest of oil and gas companies” when she threatened to sue Boulder County over its moratorium on oil and gas drilling.
    Sen. Matt Jones, who represents part of Boulder County, made the statement during a debate on the Senate floor. He didn’t elaborate.

    ELK MOUNTAIN, Wyo. (CBS4) – It’s been a windy week across Colorado and Wyoming.
    On Wednesday two Wyoming state troopers were parked on the side of Interstate 8o about 60 miles west of Laramie when a semi truck pulling two trailers approached. A gust of wind blew the truck over.

    DENVER (CBS4)– A dozen more cases of mumps have been reported in Colorado since the state health department announced an outbreak last month.
